You can purchase items from this site using PayPal. Please note that all transactions will be handled directly by PayPal. We do not take any of your financial details. In order to use this system simply add items to your shopping basket using the buttons on the product range and product details pages. You can proceed to pay at any stage. You can go to your basket at any stage using the 'View Basket' buttons located on all our product pages. Please note that there is minimum order value of £5 for online orders, this is because it is not economic for us to handle smaller orders due to the handling charges we incur.

When you complete your order and pay, you will receive two emails. One will be a confirmation from us, and the other a receipt from PayPal. We will dispatch your order as soon as we can but please note that we may sometimes have to cast items especially for your order and this can take some time so please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event of there being a longer delay we will contact you.

PRIVACY:

Mals E-Commerce is certified HACKER SAFE. Certified sites prevent over 99.9% of hacker crime.
Please note that we will not take any of your financial details - this is handled securely by PayPal. For more information about PayPal see their web site. Our shopping basket is handled by Mal's E-Commerce - who are a certified PayPal shopping cart provider confirmed as Hacker Safe by McAfee.

Our website does not use any tracking cookies. Mal's E-Commerce use a temporary cookie known as a 'single session cookie' purely for functional purposes to record the contents of your shopping basket. This cookie doesn't contain any personal information, just details of what is in your shopping basket.

We will never pass on your details to a third party without your permission, apart from PayPal who will process your details when you purchase from us online. We do not keep any financial details about you, this is looked after by PayPal.

MAIL ORDER: Print a copy of our order form, fill in and post. Alternatively, use the first stage of the Online Ordering system, print out the shopping basket list and post that to us. Payment with order please. Make cheques (£ Sterling) or Postal Order payable to FALCON BRASSWORKS.
Please note that we are unable to accept orders via e-mail or fax as we do not accept credit cards directly.

  
POSTAGE: Shipping for orders up to a value of £100 is £4 for the UK or £8 for International shipping (Despatched small packet airmail). For orders above £100 shipping is £8 for the UK or £15 for International.
When ordering online, please select either UK or International shipping.

  
ENQUIRIES: You can contact us easily using our feedback form or by Email or Post. Please note that we operate the business on a 'part time' basis and we all have other day jobs so contact via telephone can be a problem for us and we much prefer email.
If enquiring by letter please enclose a stamped and self addressed envelope (SAE).

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Falcon Brassworks reserve the right to change prices, availability and specifications at any time without prior notice. We aim to post your items within 6 weeks days of receiving the order. We are usually much faster than this! Occasionally this may not be possible in which case we will contact you. If for any reason we are unable to ship your complete order we will contact you to agree part-shipment or a refund.

It is usual for cast items to have a small amount of 'flash' where they are released from the mould. This can easily be removed before painting. We do try to reject any castings which have excessive flash or which are badly formed but occassionally these will get through into our packets. If you have received a bad casting let us know and we will replace it free of charge. Likewise, if a part is missing from a packet we will replace it.

If for any reason you are not satisified with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first if possible so we can do all we can to resolve any problems. We regret that we are not usually able to refund your return postage costs.

Some of our products contain white metal (a lead tin alloy) and others have sharp edges. Please take apropriate care when handling these products. We are not able to accept responsiblity for any losses or injury caused by the use of our products. Please note that our products are not toys and are not suitable for children.

We will keep your contact details for the purposes of handling your order, any enquiries you may have and any possible repeat orders. From time to time we may contact you with details about our products. If you do not wish us to contact you, please write to us requesting that we remove you from our customer list. We will never pass on your details to a third party without your permission, apart from PayPal who will process your details when you purchase from us online. We do not keep any financial details about you, this is looked after by PayPal.

In order to keep our prices down and do our bit for the environment, if you order multiples of the same item we may pack these in bulk. If you do not want us to do this please advise us at the time of ordering. If ordering online there is an option to specify this.

SPECIAL ORDERS: We are happy to discuss special orders - for example bulk supplies of a single cast part that we would normally sell as part of a kit.
